Review content:
At&t just about has a monopoly in this area. They offer poor customer service, the wait time when trying to deal with any issue is much too long. I waited 13 minutes to talk to a person. They do not offer competitive pricing on the services that are offered. The provider we had before moving to this area had a menu of services from which to pick and choose. With AT&T the services offered are very expensive and you better check you bill every month because they will bill you for additional items you haven't ordered. If you can find another provider I would recommend you do so or don't even have home phone service.
Pros: Standard phone accessibility
Cons: poor customer service-rude operaters
