If I could rate this salon a 0, I would have!! The owner is RUDE and impatient!! She is TERRIBLE with customer service and professionalism!! I will NEVER go back to this terrible salon EVER, nor will I EVER recommend someone to it!! First off, the prices they tell you in the salon are not what was posted on the website and they wouldn't honor it although it was only $5 cheaper. That's TERRIBLE customer service! She rushed us through our ""consultation."" She didn't value our opinions any or care what we wanted, she was only interested in doing what SHE thought was best. However, if you LOOK at the owner, she clearly cannot even do her own makeup so I don't know why I even let her bother with doing mine! I ended up looking like a raccoon on my Wedding Day and my friend helped me take off all the disgusting makeup and completely redo it. $30 wasted! She attempted to put on fake eyelashes for me but her and another girl together couldn't figure it out, again, my friend helped me. When another client showed up, she TOLD me that she had to be done with me because her next client was there...although we weren't finished with the eyelashes and she hadn't even done anything with my lips! She gave me some little sample lipstick to go...and she didn't do my mascara either...she gave me a sample one to go as well! HOW PATHETIC!! If I had known they would've been so unfriendly, unprofessional, and uncaring, I would have paid DOUBLE the money to go elsewhere! I didn't let her ruin my Weddind Day because my girls helped me get a ""normal"" look back, but I was pretty upset and irritated. Lets just say she's lucky I didn't go off on her because it wouldn't have been pretty! I sure hope she/they can do hair better than they can makeup or else I have NO idea how/why they are still in business!!!!
