They are awful!! I went there on 6/15/2011
A woman pulled up while I was there and realized the manager was the same guy that was rude to her in a restaurant the night before so she left as she did not want to have to deal with him again as he was very rude to her. The manager actually told me the story.
I had gone there for years with past owners and the manager was great. I asked for an upgrade to my normal service and tried the package that I normally do at Bo and Mikes for around $23. The car was barely touched. Seats were not swept and carpet barely swept. I was told that they can't get up dog hair which has never been a probably even in the basic package with the other owners.
When I expressed my discern the manager told me that I should just never come back again. I asked for the owners name and he would not give it to me. Then he asked me to leave the property! I was able to get a refund through my credit card company but would have been really upset if I would have had to pay for the lack of cleaning.
The manager has no managerial skills and I doubt that business will last with a manager that is running the business now. I was going to report to the BBB, however, they are not members. It is a bummer as I got all my cars cleaned there almost weekly before they changed ownerships.
But I would never go there again and will drive to GA if I have too, in order to get a basic car cleaning..
They do not even deserve a star. I will have to take it else where to get it cleaned inside since they did not do it..
