I'm a repeat customer. Our hot water tank failed a year ago. I came across Fox Plumbing in my Google search. The company dispatched a professional, competent plumber immediately. He recommended an Instantaneous (tankless) water heater, and it was the best home appliance selection we ever made! We can take multiple showers, wash dishes, and do laundry without waiting for the hot water tank to fill up. Then, about a week ago, the cast iron pipe in our basement started leaking big time. What a nightmare it was. I went downstairs to make a temporary fix, fully knowing that Fox Plumbing left a sticker on the water heater with their emergency phone number. I called the number, and the dispatcher sent Ryan to our house within four hours of my call. Ryan was very friendly, positive, and professional. He made a permanent fix within two hours. He was fast, but his work was very neat and clean. We love Fox Plumbing. We are happy to be their repeat customer!
