Review content:
I was in the Webster, NY location on July 29th, 2008, and was waited on by Steve, the manager there. I designed and printed my own wedding invitations and needed them cut. He couldn't do my whole job while I waited but he said he could do a portion of it. He made my mark up my invitations with lines where I wanted them cut. He put my stack of paper in the cutting machine, and cut the stack. He brought it back over to me, and each sheet was a different size. He cut them varying 1/8inch to a 1/4inch smaller than what I'd marked width-wise, and length-wise he didn't cut them properly either. He also cut them completely askew so that the text was slanting up to the right. He told me that his machine was very ""low-grade"" and that is the kind of work I should have expected. He told me that he didn't know what my problem was and that the work he did was ""commercially acceptable."" He then suggested that I measured them wrong, and I was to blame. I told him I wasn't going to pay for it and he tried getting me to give him my name and phone # so he could put me ""on file."" Not once did he ever apologize or admit he was to blame, and I left there with wedding invitations that had to be thrown in the garbage and reprinted. NEVER AGAIN will I do business there.
Pros: conveniently located
Cons: extremely poor service, poor product quality, unwilling to admit mistakes
