I have used Advantage Auto Repair personally for my car's brakes twice. I drive a Yukon, and I am extremely rough on brakes. Both times the repairs were wonderful. My husband also had work done at Advantage, and again, the work was done absolutely to his satisfaction.
Everything has been really good, and we have been using them for over 2 years now. One thing I find absolutely wonderful about Oscar and his business is the way he treats his customers. He does not have a cold or impersonal atmosphere. He really takes the time to listen and figure out what is wrong.
Not only that, but he is very good about letting us know if the job is going to take longer than anticipated. He calls and lets us know that something came up and asks if we would mind if he kept the car a little longer. He also gives us a new timeline. It helps us plan our day. He is not cold and impersonal; it's really nice.
