Sooo, I have been having my dry cleaning done at Paul's for over 30 years. I personally know the Morabito family and I was shocked at the way i was treated by a lady named Ruth who claims to be a family member. I took my daughters very expensive letterman's jacket in for cleaning and when I went to pick it up she brought it out to me not finished. She said they hadn't brushed it yet and it wasn't even in a bag. I noticed blue spots on the leather sleeves and she just skoffed and said that the blue must have bled on the white leather. No apology. Nothing. I said I could not accept this jacket and she said rudely she would see IF they could clean it up. WHAT!!!! She was indignant, rude, indifferent, unprofessional and acted like I was putting her out to redo the jacket. She needs to be in the back where no one can encounter her attitude. I have known this family for over 30 years. I can not believe the Angelo or Ron would put up with this attitude. I work at one of the largest employers in this area. I would be hesitant to recommend Paul's with this type of personnel working for them.
