Businiess name:  Iron & Silk Personal Fitness

Review content:
I've been a member of many gyms over the years, and this gym has proven to be superior to all of them. It's friendly, no attitude, personal, no waiting for machines. It has elite trainers that show real interest in your progress, your food intake and daily routines. My options in the neighborhood were the YMCA, Dolphin, or Iron and Silk. Dolphin is cheap, but there you have 15 guys trying to do chest, and one duct-taped bench press. It's completely impossible to get any real workout done. With the free month you get from signing up for a year with Iron and Silk, it is pretty much the same price as YMCA. If you're serious about getting in shape, and can afford to get a few sessions with a pro trainer, I would say Iron & Silk is your best choice. Pros: Clean, friendly, great vibe, easy to stay focused Cons: closes at 11pm
