I am an avid gym goer but my membership was up and i really wanted to do something different. I was browsing some of my other gym options on citysearch and iron & silk came up. I didn't even realize we had a new gym in the neighborhood. Well i went in to take the tour and that sold me. Awesome gym, everything is brand new and it is definitely a luxury gym. Which is what i want. I took one of the belly dancing classes last week with electra and wow was i sore and pretty proud of myself the next day. The staff made sure that i was happy and were really attentive to me. I would def recommend this gym over some of the really impersonal ones that are in nyc.
