I made an appointment with Lisa @ Edwin C Garot Plumbing for Mark Garot to give me a bid to replace a water heater at my apartment building in Green Bay. Mark showed up for the appointment on time and was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions. I had flown to Green Bay from Los Angeles to meet him so I was glad that he was punctual and helpful. We met on a Thursday afternoon and at the end of our meeting Mark told me that he would have a bid to me no later than the following Monday. When I did not receive the bid on the following Monday I called the office twice and my calls were not answered. I left a message stating the that I was told that I would receive the bid on Monday but it had not come so please call me back to let me know when I would get it. On Tuesday no bid came to me and I called two more times and got no answer. I decided to call my property manager in the Green Bay area to ask him if he could follow up and get the bid for me. He called Edwin C Garot and Lisa Garot told him that Mark would not be bidding on my job and he was not interested in it. WOW!!! This was a major disappointment since I had flown from Los Angeles to meet him and get his bid and now I have nothing. I would not call Edwin C Garot Plumbing ever again nor would I recommend them to anyone in the Green Bay area. In fact, if asked for a plumbing recommendation I would say that Edwin C Garot is MUST NOT CALL!!!
