This office is unbelievable and I highly recommend that anyone looking for quality sales representatives with great customer service look ELSE WHERE. They told me the warranty on my frames would be covered 100%, however when I had to use the warranty they said it was only 75%. After I paid, they ordered my replacement frames, failed to call me to inform me that the factory had it back ordered and now I have been waiting for 2 MONTHS for the frames and they will not even refund my money for the inconvenience. To top it off, when I stopped into their office to get an update (because they refuse to give me the common courtesy to call me with an update), they had a dog in their office. What type of professional office has a DOG in it? I am BEYOND dissatisfied with this office, and recommend to anyone to look else where!!
