Rallye Import Automotive simply is not up to snuff. Don't let the luxury cars out front fool you, Rallye is just one step above the average repair shop, but 6 or 7 steps up on the pay-scale. LONG repairs (months, sometimes, from what I have heard) and abrasive staff are just the beginning of the low lights. I have never been this frustrated with an auto repair in my life. I would abandon my beloved car to be rust before I would let Rallye work on it again.
But the worst part is that they are about the only shop that knows how to work on European cars. That's why you see review after review of really disappointed customers. Thats also why they get to treat customers so poorly, take their grand old time, and charge whatever they want. They get a star just for that, unfortunately.
