The headline sounds bad but any woman can tell you that when you are a woman who knows NOTHING about cars you always dread going in to see a mechanic and especially going into an auto parts dealer because I swear we have a sign on our forehead that says, ""tell me I need a lot of stuff that I don't need...don't worry, I'll buy it"".
But, I didn't feel that here. I walked in with my list that my friend Glenn had given to me. A very specific list. Walked up to the counter and Joe looked it over, looked up my car in the computer and got me what I needed. NOT only did he do that BUT he installed the windshield wipers that were on the list, put the windshield wiper fluid that I conveniently had in my car in the engine, put the fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank for me...did NOT laugh at me (not out loud anyway) when I asked a VERY stupid question about the cleaner (yeah, NOT saying what it was) and then joked with me while I waited for a part to arrive from their warehouse. AND, as if that wasn't enough, he discussed the price of each item and even told me that I could get by with a cheaper version of a couple things. THAT does NOT happen, (Ladies, YOU know what I am saying!) I would HIGHLY recommend this store. I seriously will never go anywhere else.
