Review content:
Recently paid extra for a move-out clean and was very disappointed. There was still dog hair everywhere, the windowsills were not wiped down, the light fixtures had cobwebs, and there was dust in multiple places (and there were few surfaces to dust since there was no furniture)! When I called to report the unsatisfactory job, I did not get the impression that they were upset and was not offered any recourse. Very bad customer service in an industry where recommendations are key.
