On 11/14/11
I called them late at night because this teenager that was separated from his mom needed a ride. I live in a very secured complex where police regularly patrol which is a good thing. Well the cab driver was told by a person that refused to give me his name to pull out of there and take some one else to work instead. I inquired about this, the man on the other end was rude and nasty and when I asked him what their policy with if they see police around has to do with a customer's need, suddenly the man tells me that I am not getting a cab here now. Of course I was pretty angry about that, so I called back got hung up on, called back again, got hung up on. Called back again and this time the man tells me to ""Go blow him"" and hangs up. I call back again, and this time he stays on the line when I am demanding to know who his boss is. He refuses it saying ""Mickey Mouse"" and keeps trying to argue with me, meanwhile I hear this very obnoxious person in the background hollering vulgar and making vulgar noises.Of course he didn't want to give up the name of the clown in the background. Then he has the nerve to deny that he was the one that told me to ""Blow him"" Guess he doesn't realize that he had this very distinct voice and that he already acknowledged it was him I talked to the whole time by listing the times I called. Or maybe he thinks the rest of the world is as idiotic and classless as he and his lackies are. He finally claimed his bosses name is Rob (which I still am not sure about) but will find out soon enough. I intend to let it be known anywhere I can what happened, and the disgusting way they treat their customers.
