ABSOLUTLY WRECHED OLD NASTY WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK!!! I HAD CALLED EARLY IN THE MORNING AND LEFT A MESSAGE THAT MY CENTRAL AIR HAD QUIT , IN 90 DEGREE WEATHER AND MY SON HAS ASTHMA, THAT I NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO CHECK IT. I HAD NO ANSWER AFTER 2 HRS, SO I WENT THERE AND SHE WAS EXTREMELY COCKY AND ARROGANT AND TOLD ME THEY DIDNT GET THE MESSAGE. I THEN GAVE HER MY INFO. AND SHE SAID SOMEONE WOUD CALL ME QUICKLY. THAT NEVER HAPPENED, SO AFTER MORE THAN 2 HRS AGAIN I CALLED HER BACK AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY AND THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE ANOTHER GUY COME OUT AND FIX IT AND FOR ME NOT TO CALL THERE AGAIN!! WHAT A NASTY, UNEDUCATED, OLD BIT!!!! GET SOME MANNERS!!!
