Review content:
I was very disappointed in this place. Someone recommended this salon to me after I moved to the East side; I went there once and will never go there again. I needed highlights to cover my roots and a cut to freshen up my face and hair. After 3 hours, I walked out with my roots looking almost the same as I walked in and relatively no cut. After I pointed out that my roots are still very visible, I was told that I can come back another day if I?m not happy with my look. OK, that is not a professional service if I?m walking out dissatisfied and looking the same as I walked in but with no money in my pocket. And seriously, after messing up my hair the first time, they think I would trust them to touch my hair again? Another issue that I have with that place is that it is very messy. Those girls do not clean their stations. During the 3 hours that I spent there, I did not see anyone disinfecting their tools and brushes. One of the girls that works there, had their own color made while still in her work uniform. While I was sitting on the chair, she interrupted person that was taking care of me(paying customer) few times to check her if her color developed. What kind of place is it? Both thumbs down.
