I had been a long time customer of Towne Taxi, until yesterday. This was their 3rd strike for me. It was the 3rd time I had been stuck at Hyde Park Plaza Kroger unable to even get dispatch to answer the phone. I tried numerous times, put on hold, waiting over half an hour. I even tried calling from my cell while holding on Kroger's direct connect landline. This is un-excusable. When calling another service, I was told they couldn't service that area, and referred me back to Towne. I was stuck with frozen, and perishable worth over $130, until I finally called Ron's Taxi, who responded first ring, and was there within 15 mins.
