This store is like most Ohio State Stores except for a couple of things. First of this a family run store. The owners are always here and they are very friendly and very helpful. I just moved back to Columbus from New York. I recently slipped and broke my leg and needless to say cannot do much driving especially in the snow and ice plus any walking. My son wanted a leather coat he saw on their web site. Since I couldn't drive there, and we didn't have time to have it shipped. I though I wouldn't be able to get it for Christmas. When I called I didn't know I was speaking to one of the owners. Rob (one of the owners) volunteered to deliver it to my house. When he got there not only bringing me you coat but also before he left, he gave me some free Ladies Basketball tickets for my family. Boy! can you beat that???? what other store would help their customers like that????
