My wife was on her way home from Atlanta, but first she had to pick up her grandmother in grayson who was visiting family. Before she was able to get to her grandmothers location our 2003 Expedition began to overheat. She was able to make it to grandmother, but the truck was in no shape to drive back to Augusta, 2 hours away. She pulled the truck into Graysons lot that night so it would be there the next morning. I called from Augusta and explained what was going on with the truck and from that point on Graysons mechanics team did a great job. He kept me informed of what was going on and did his dead level best to fix the problem.
Pros: Great Customer Service
Cons: I dont live near these guys
