Let me start off by saying that Dr. Gabrielle is wonderful and compassionate. The reception staff and nurses are great, too. On the downside, there are too many people in the office. We had a call confirming an appointment for the next day while our dog was hospitalized in their facility. We were asked to give the same test to our pet several times, in spite of the extremely expensive cost. We did the test twice, both times it came back negative, but doctors continued to insist that the results were faulty. Our pet saw several doctors and several times. Several times, we received conflicting information.
