I was so impressed with my visit to Heart of Chelsea today with my kitty. The office is pristine (no weird vet/animal smell at all!), everyone that works there was incredibly friendly and the doctor's assistant and the doctor with both so gentle and kind with my scaredy cat. You do end up paying for such great service, I was pretty surprised by how a routine visit, including rabies booster and general stool/bloodwork quickly added up to $340. But the thing that blew me away was when they called me after I had left and told me they were adjusting my bill to make it slightly lower. I had the $30 coupon from citysearch for first time visitors, and when they rang me up it only took off $25, lovely Jen noticed and was making the change. So honest! I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind paying for top notch care.
Pros: Amazing gentle and kind care for pets, clean office
Cons: A bit pricey!
