Our condo association, Sun Terrace at Lake Catherine, is managed by Terry Lankton, a Banyan employee. To call this individual unresponsive would be generous. Example: A large, half dead tree outside of my unit needs to be trimmed. After repeated contact it still is not done; instead I get ""the board will look at it"" or ""I'll look at it the next time I'm over"" as a response. The tree is now falling apart - a 6 foot + branch fell and narrowly missed my roof in the last thunderstorm.
Terry Lankton is a poor excuse for a property manager, and I suspect that it goes for the entire management company. Avoid Banyan like the plague.
