Review content:
Klaitch was reccommended to me as a good place to take my cat. I am new to Reno and needed to have my cat looked at so I gave it a try. This place is a factory. I waited about 45 minutes, which is not a problem, but I like the idea of having an appointment with a set amount of time the Vet may spend with my animal. This factory set up leaves the Vet no time to spend with your pet.
Pros: I'm sure the Vet is fantastic but has no chance to be great in this setting. New Building.
Cons: RUSHED, hygiene (lack thereof), poor service, no love, RUSHED
