I have been a RVT for 20 yrs. The doctor would not perform a simple needle aspirate of a lump on my dog in my presence. He wanted me to drop her off for two hours when it only takes less than a minute to do. I am new in Reno and Klaich had been Recommended by several people. People of Reno must be ignorant to the good standards of care their pets can receive elsewhere. Would they drop their children off? I must also add the doctor did not even give my dog a proper exam. He did not examine her at all. He only looked at the lump.
