Review content:
I called Cary Plumbing to setup a next-day appointment and they told me a plumber would show up between 10:00 and 12:00. My company manages several properties so it is of utmost importance that schedules be met: there is a lot of coordination that goes on behind the scenes (with tenants, with owners, with contractors, etc) and when somebody slips, any planned logistics are lost. Cary Plumbing called at noon to inform me that the plumber was tied up with another job and that he couldn't make it to my job site in time, that he'd be there at 1:00 PM. I talked to the actual plumber who was delaying everything and he said he was having LUNCH!
Cons: They are a simple dispatcher!
