I recently had a family members final arrangements done here and it was a nightmare. I felt as though they didnt care that myself and my family was grieving and that it was about the money to them. I went in their with a heavy heart due to the circumstances and came out angry. This was a time when I thought that funeral directors were there to help make things smooth but I found out otherwise. They didnt follow my instructions on how I wanted my family members facial hair to be shaved and when I got there to release the body for public viewing I had to wait in the lobby because they werent finished yet they told me what time to come. They have no people skills and I will not recommend this funeral home to anyone else because what I went through was uncalled for and wouldnt wish this bad experience on my worst enemy.
