Very gratful to Applewood for serviceing our condo, which we visit only once a month, for sending a technician within 24 hours of us calling! Had allowed an outside co-worker spend JUST one night before flying out in the morning without us being around, and left the AC set at 68 degress running which froze the unit up and damaged it. No one was available to check on the condo until a week later. And of course it was a weekend! The technician was very professional, arriving a crisp clean white shirt and putting shoe coverings on before entering. He listened to our explaination, went right to work to assess the problem, gave us the diagnois, and cost expected. Within an hour had the problem fixed, pointed out possible other things to watch, and was on his way. The only unfortunate part was we had to leave for Wyoming and could not stay to enjoy the AC after being in town only for the weekend. Heard about Applewood from our son who lives in Wheat Ridge Applewood area and found found them listed in our ""Do It Right"" booklet which stands behind their services listed.
