I stepped away from Bikram Yoga 2 years ago for various reasons. Two weeks ago I wrote the owner and stated that I desperately need to come back to Bikram but was nervous about starting all over again. She wrote me a lovely email and 48 hours later I came back. Upon stepping into the Fountainview location, I knew I was in the right place with the right form of exercise for my body and my mind. The studio is clean, the instructors are beyond fabulous and everyone is quite attentive to your needs. I am hooked all over again, I cannot begin to tell you how fabulous I feel after only 5 classes.
