I took my very first yoga class ever here and absolutely love it. Bikram yoga has totally changed my life for the better in every aspect. Everybody is awesome, you get to meet so many great people. I couldn't ev en touch my toes on my first class adn now in just a little over two years, people are calling me Gumby. I love it so much that in just one year of practicing, I now teach it as well and am loving every minute of it!
