I am writing this with tremendous gratitude to Larry Smyth, for his honesty, professional assistance, & never ending guidance. We were able to sell 2 homes withing 3 months... Amazing! With great sensitivity during a sad time of family loss, Larry provided professional guidance & resources walking me through the process all along the way.
