Unfortunately, Northville Vision Clinic has a bad staff. The doctor is ok, but if you have to get through the curly haired lady at the front, it's not worth your time to see him. I have been going here for many years, just two weeks ago I spent quite a bit of money on exam and contacts and glasses. I made an appt to get my glasses cut and fitted, and I had to schedule time out of my day to do it. When I showed up for my allotted time slot, I was told, quite rudely, that the guy is not in to cut the lenses. When would I like to schedule time to see him? I told her I had scheduled this time out of my day because that is what I was told was the time available. She told me I can drop them off and pick them up at another time and day. Why would I need to schedule a time to drop off the glasses that I need fitted? I should have been able to drop them off at my convenience and pick them up at a scheduled time. Unfortunately this was an awful experience, I have wasted my time and money. The other ladies that work there are pretty nice and willing to help me out, but if you have to encounter Crazy Curly, who is rude, inappropriately dressed, unprofessional, and not helpful at all, then Northville Visions Clinic is not for you.
