Broken pipe = bad morning, but my experience with Drain and Air Rescue has been everything BUT bad. From Diane who took our call this morning and quickly scheduled an apt. to Jim who fixed the pipe at a reasonable price everyone has been friendly and professional. It is nice to know there are still companies out there that really care about helping people and don't take advantage of unpleasant situations. Jim and Drain and Air Rescue came highly recommended to us by a friend and I will definitely keep spreading the word. Thanks!
