I called with backed up sink at 12:30 P.M. on a Monday. The service tech. (with 16 years experience) arrived at 1 P.M. Took 45 minutes to clear sink blockage that was 15 feet down ($79), then replaced outdoor water faucet that was continually leaking ($66). I asked him about replacing another outdoor water faucet, but he got it to turn on and run water again. He said I did not need the 2nd water faucet replaced. Next I am going to take out their annual plumbing contract for $6.99/month. I need my water heater flushed plus some updating repair work on it (15% discount with annual contract). I am really impressed with this company!
