After my AC went out after another 100* day in Austin, I contacted Austin Drain and Rescue at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. Much to my surprise, I didn't get an answering machine, but spoke to the service dispatcher who scheduled a technician to be at my home by 11:00 am Monday morning. My technician Josh showed up a few minutes early, was very courteous and professional. Within 30 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, repaired worn out part and my AC was back up and running before noon...and before the mercury hit 100* again. I've used ADR for both plumbing and HVAC and would highly recommend them to any friend or family member.
