As the weather turned chilly, I realized that my furnace had stopped working. I called several companies on a late Friday night, and N,R.G. Air made time for me on Saturday itself. They gave me a free estimate and explained the problem, and then provided updates on when the part was expected. Since my furnace had been installed several years ago (by someone else), there were unforeseen issues with the system, and much to my surprise, the guy spent additional hours investigating my furnace to make sure it worked properly without billing me for his extra time and effort. He takes great pride in a job well done and checks in after the service to make sure all is well. If everyone I came across when fixing my apartment were this prompt, courteous, professional and experienced, life would be so much better! I highly recommend N,R.G. Air heating because of the quality of their work and the attention to customer service. N,R.G. Air is a crucial element to living comfortably, so finding a quality, reliable provider is such a relief!
