i have not one good thing to say about this company or any of the women who work in that office! i currently am stuck, and i say stuck because if i could leave i would, in a lease with them...they lied to my husband and i over and over about repairs and upgrades to be done to the house PRIOR to us moving in and when we showed up with our rental truck to move in...NOTHING WAS DONE!!!!! the house wasn't painted, the screens were busted out, the lawn hadn't been touched, and there was mold EVERYWHERE! they don't call you back in a timely manner nor acknowledge that you even tried to contact them. we've found out since moving in here that the house is infested with carpenter ants and apparently it's our responsibility to take care of it....how is it our responsibility when we've only been here 2 months? i don't recommend using their services! save yourself the headache and use a company who does business is a professional manner!
