I'd been hearing from a few friends about Shara (she did their weddings), and then found her reviews on Yelp. Yesterday was my makeup lesson. Words cannot describe how talented I think Shara is. She has a beautiful place on the UES, is an incredible makeup artist, and her ""bedside manner"" is the best I've found in NYC. Seriously, her makeup skills are TO DIE FOR! She has an uncanny ability to pick just the right color combinations, and know exactly how much or how little to apply. She is a true artist. She seems to do makeup with sincere passion, which I think ROCKS! The best part was, even though I had a full face of makeup, I felt so natural, beautiful, and glowy!
The tips she gave me for skincare and makeup were invaluable. I wish I could have gotten back all the money I've spent along the years not really knowing what makeup and brushes to buy! Shara works with beautiful makeup products as well from different lines, and I loved how reasonably priced everything was! I seriously LOVE the shadows, mineral foundation, and brushes I got from her! I would not be surprised if Shara becomes a superstar in the makeup world very soon. She is one who absolutely deserves all the success!
