Review content:
my first time in tanzore/gaylord I have to say I was really blown away by the quality of food, ambiance and service. the restaurant is just absolutely gorgeous. the most modern and swanky looking eatery i have come across and I have been to nice restaurants all over the world . for real connoisseurs of indian food this is the place to be. if u think all indian restaurants are created equal think again !!! I grew up in a restaurant family, dad was an incredibly talented chef and mom's food was always to die for ( i know everyone thinks their moms food is amazing, but my moms cooking was particularly amazing) I have visited the place 4-5 times now to get a real feel for the place, thinking i might find something to gripe about but, visit after visit I am amazed at the quality of food. from the the less traditional ""crab tikki"" ( an indian modern twist on the crab cake) to the more traditional chicken tikka makhni ( boneless peices of chicken breast cooked in creamy, ridiculosly awesome tomatoey sauce) so give the pastas and the steaks a rest and give this place a try... you will thank me ; )
Pros: great great food, sensual ambiance
Cons: a bit crowded
