Businiess name:  Tanzore Restaurant & Lounge

Review content:
Tanzore has MASTERED the art and science of fine Indian cuisine. It starts the minute you step in. The sights, sounds, and smells delight your senses. The lounge area featured massive video projectors (which on our night showcased Indian couture), and plush, comfortable sectional chairs. A joy to meet and greet here. As a fan of the fine spirits, the bar was also wonderfully stocked. I can't recall an instance when an Indian-based restaurant offered Chimay. After a couple of pre-dinner cocktails (and the best damn Calamari), we strolled into the dining area. I was, of course, unabashedly coveting the floor-to-ceiling, all-glass wine cellar during my little stroll. And it only got better from there. The dining area was infused with vibrant colors, impressive wood work, and a subtle, but ever so sublime, water feature. Finally, the food was, simply put, unmatched in its culinary excellence. It's what fusion was meant to be. The traditional flavors of ancieint and rich India bursting through 21st century, modern dishes. My dinner was the Masala lamb chops -- which were cooked ""old school style"" in a Tandoor (clay oven) -- and they were, no holds barred, [expletive] damn succulent and flavorful. And yes, if you're wondering, the wine list actually matched the beauty of the cellar. Dessert was a true treat -- a Cardamom-infused chocolate cake. It had the most amazing taste that just exploded in your mouth. On top of it all, the service was exceptional. The staff was both knowledgeable and personable. And, my water glass stayed full. Bottom line, if India = Taj Mahal, then the finest Indian cusine = Tanzore. Period. Pros: Damn exceptional dishes and vibe in a personable environment
