We stayed Sept. 30, found it VERY nice all around, so stayed again a week later - another room, just as nice. Reasonable price, very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, very comfortable bed. Great Indian restaurant on site, but also strategically located near H'burg's restaurant row. We don't understand at all the negative reviews, unless the place has been recently rebuilt. It compares favorably with hotels that are normally regarded as more upscale than this one. On our second visit, we did a sunset walk along the river trail to a very nice restaurant on restaurant row. It made for a perfect evening.
