Review content:
AC went out in Houston in August, so I called my home warranty people and they sent out House Pro. Got a 5 hour window, and a repair guy showed up. Was very unfriendly and in a big hurry. Went up in the attic, flipped one switch and deemed the motor gone. That was covered under the warranty, but he forced me to buy a cleaning service from them which is not covered, otherwise he was unwilling to put a claim into the insurance company. After several days of waiting, he got the new motor in with the ""clean"" fan and turned it on. Made a TON of noise. I asked him to fix it and he said that the new motor with the old fan is what is causing the noise, and that wasn't covered. I did not accept that answer, so he went back up and discovered that he did not align the fan correctly and that it was his rushing that caused the problem. Wouldn't call them back out if they were the last AC company in Houston.
