Took my car to Finish Line for expensive detailing. I will never return or recommend them. Overall, the car was cleaned well inside and out. BUT, three fatal flaws in service. (1) They emptied the glove box and console contents into one plastic bag and put in trunk. The bag contained some liquids that then leaked on the other material in bag, including my GPS. (2) They washed the mats and put wet mats in trunk and closed it. The wet mats resulted in condensation inside trunk and getting other trunk contents (books and sensitive items) wet while car waited for pickup. (3) When I brought these two matters to manager?s attention, she did NOT listen and accepted none of the criticism, but defended her service without compromise. Due to the flaws in their service process, and in particular the attitude of the manager, I do NOT recommend this business to my friends. Too many other companies value quality service for me to try this one again. This management does not care about customer values and complaints. Good luck if you go there!
