Review content:
I took my cat here as he had blood in his urine they charged me $261 and was a COMPLETE incorrect diagnosis. We;ve gone here 2 or 3 times the male vet is a jerk he could care less, never friendly does not care about your animal. They told me my cat had kidney failure and said that there ""is not magic pill to cure this"" meaning he may die soon. They gave me the meds which were the wrong ones for kidney issues, they put him on a 60 day diet for kidney failure which is incorrect as well, kidney diets are for life not 60 days. My current vet within 2 minutes found they were completely WRONG. My cat has a UTI and hyperthyroid which can be treated. Critter Fixer found NONE of this the new vet says his diagnosis is easy to find he had all the symptoms, swollen neck, fever, 300 heart rate a decaying tooth and UTI that's the reason for blood in his urine which is why we went to critter fixer. They did not ask questions and don't care my cat lost 9 pounds in 3 months they said ""older cats just lose weight"" If you care for your pet don't go here I have filed a BBB and will continue to file complaints and make people aware.
