JUST AWFUL!!!! DO NOT bring your pets here. I have NEVER been treated so poorly EVER. The staff is RUDE, CONDESCENDING and HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service simply does NOT exist in this establishment. To top it off they are extremely dishonest about pricing over the phone (I am assuming to get clients into the facility). If your pets are part of your family this is the LAST place you want to be taking them. Disgusted!!!!!!!
