Don't use them! Seniors protect yourself. They charged me for same part 3 times in the last 2 years and called it a different name so the warranty didn't cover it. (I showed my past bills to another hvac company) They also try to talk you into a ""yearly maintenance plan"". ..huge rip off! I was so mad that I called another company and they told me they hear this all the time. Avoid them if you can.
Pros: They showed up fast
Cons: No one must use them..that's why they show up fast!
