This is Byron from MaidPro. I have been informed by another company up on CitySearch that they have had fake negative reviews posted on their company page and these same people have also posted on our page below. We are in the process of working with CitySearch to have these removed and filtered out.
Most likely these are competitors trying to paint a negative picture of my company with fake stories or reviews.
We encourage people who are considering MaidPro to visit our home page for full information on our company, our people and our testimonials.
We always try to work with legitimate dissatisfied people in the most constructive fashion whenever possible, and we stand behind our re-clean policy if anyone is unhappy.
