Businiess name:  Gaylord India Special Events - Private Party & Banquets

Review content:
I love Indian food!!! Unfortunately, I didn't love Gaylord. I chose this place after hearing so much about it...perhaps it's just the location that makes people rave. The Bombay Chat was pretty much chopped potatoes and onions with what was, I swear, Wheat Thins; it was dry by the way...no chutney or yogurt. I also ordered the Channa Masala, my standard which I've often eaten least 3 times a week in various parts of the world. That said, Gaylord's version was a poor excuse. A heavy buttery flavor (perhaps ghee), it came in a brown sauce heavily seasoned with onions (not visually appealing AT ALL!) and a nice touch of tumeric. The only saving factor of my Gaylord meal was the Naan; it was hot, light, and moist. So if you're in the mood for good Naan, Gaylord's got it! Pros: Good, hot Naan Cons: Poor value, Bad food
