Review content:
My name is Charles. I work for a business on music row. As the front office manager I come in contact with a lot of salespeople. I was called on by NovaCopy two weeks ago. I explained to a gentleman named Joe White that we were very busy for the holidays and that I wouldn't be able to talk about our printing needs until late February. However, I was called on again two days later by a junior associate and again by Mr. White the following day. Mr. White apologized in a patronizing way and stated that he was ""trying to bring in the end of the month and had numbers to meet"". Well Mr. White, what about us? What about our stress level? I guess the client doesn't matter to NovaCopy. All that matters, it seems, is getting our money no matter how intrusive it may be.
