Let me start by saying I wish there was a ""0"" stars option. This guy is an opportunist if there ever was one. If they don't do the job properly, good luck in getting them to redo it correctly (without charging you extra). And if they won't/ can't do that, then good luck getting a refund from them. The gentleman Bud put in charge of our project made the following comment to me after they screwed up a very expensive installation (and this is verbatim)... ""just because we didn't install it according to the (factory) instructions, doesn't mean we installed it wrong."" I am not kidding!
Their workers were rarely here on time to begin work and sometimes a few days would pass before we would hear from them. One of their ""professional"" employees got into a four letter word shouting match with another BM employee back at the office over the phone while at our home. They took a lot longer to do even the simple stuff than they needed to, part of their work wouldn't pass inspection, etc., etc., etc.
And don't let their BBB score fool you. In my personal opinion, I believe Bud Matthews Service Inc. screws over a lot of people who in the end choose not to bother reporting him. I honestly don't see how this guy has been in business as long as he has.
If you're looking for someone to do some work at your home (regardless of how simple or involved the project is)... do yourself a HUGE favor and keep looking. Don't get taken by this guy like we did.
